Manipur Violence: A mob attacked the Superintendent of Police (SP) office in Churachandpur, Manipur on Thursday (February 15, 2024). A police officer gave this information. Churachandpur SP Shivanand Surve has suspended Head Constable Siyamlalpaul with immediate effect until further orders. Manipur Police said in its order, “This amounts to extremely serious misconduct as a member of a disciplined police force. A departmental inquiry is also being considered against Siyamlalpaul of Churachandpur District Police. ,
